It's a socio-entrepreneurship and rural immersion bootcamp organised by IIM Ranchi every year
This time it is the 4th Edition, the Ignite Edition.
After filling the application, you'll soon have a short quiz, majorly based on the moral agency of a person.
Those who qualify Round 1 will appear for an online interview by the IPM student panels at IIM Ranchi, and after clearing Round 2 you'll have a month of online classes in November focusing mainly on socio-entrepreneurship and some basic information and preparation for the Rural Immersion Bootcamp.
Then in December, you'll have a five day bootcamp at IIM Ranchi, 22-26th of December.
In this, you'll interact with the professors and studs of IIM Ranchi, go to a nearby village for a community service, and have multiple sessions on entrepreneurship directly under the PROFESSORS of IIM RANCHI.
