Hey Ashish, we'd recommend you to write the free mock once to understand where you stand.
If you score less in math, you need to put more effort in maths. If you score less in english, you need to put more time & effort in english. There is no specific rule ki "x hours for (subject)" -- it is subjective to where YOU stand at the moment.
The sooner you start, the better.
The more you study, higher the probability of clearing cutoffs.
Get real answers about applications, test prep, financial aid, and everything in between. Discuss the various fields available to you and make the right decisions for your career.

Here's how you can start prepping for IPMAT and break your inertia:
Stop fretting over the perfect study-plan/coaching/resource for 100x efficiency. The best thing to do is - take a notebook out and solve 30 questions (after learning the concepts).
Start studying on your own first. Break your inertia, or you'll be stuck in a coaching where you might not be disciplined.
If you're a non-math student and worried about maths, here's a video showing how you can score 40 marks in 10 minutes (actual IPMAT paper).
If you have 2 to 3 hours to spare, let's become actionable by learning Time & Work:

Studying daily + being consistent.
There is no magical formula for this. You're also not a 2nd grader who cannot recognise how to prioritise their time. If you have a school test tomorrow, you'll give (say) 90% to school and 10% to IPMAT (basic daily RC, perhaps 10-20 questions of quants).
If you don't have any tests, nothing happening at school, you might give 70% to IPMAT and 30% to boards (as exams are approaching).
It's something that CANNOT be fixed and arbitrary. Your schedule needs to be dynamic and fluid based on what is more urgent.
You know the topics, you know how to study + practice. Spend your time wisely.
