I am attempting sectional tests but don't know how to analyse and improve based on them. How do I reduce my silly mistakes and actually improve. Do I have to just keep giving as many tests as possible or do I have to write down my errors , could someone guide me in this regard please ?

I don't know what exactly to do , some questions I get correct by going through the options so I review the solution for all the unattempted,wrong and guesswork questions but I feel just looking at the solutions might not help me actually improve . So should I maintain an error log and write all the mistakes there or just the concept gaps and silly ones?
