i need serious advice, i was locked in from past 3 months preparing for IIMB UGAT, keeping everything aside but unfortunetly i didnt score to my potential...but i feel i am quite prepared for other exams. now i feel if i push myself a bit more for ipmat preration i will end up scoring well enough to land me into some good collage. (i say this bc i am scoring well in ipmat mocks...), now as i didnt do sh1t for my boards and my preboards starting tomr. now now, i had a shower thought that if i am ok settling for 90+ giving up 95+ for baords and still keep my focus towards ipmat i could do well in ent exam, ik its a gamble but I hate the idea of not making the most of both opportunities. What do you guys think?

I agree with bananas so far as to say that you need a plan that keeps both IPMAT and Boards in the loop.
Since you say you haven't done shit for boards, I'd recommend making that your main priority. Your boards' scores are really important for postgrad opportunities, so don't make any compromises there right now.
You've already prepared for the UGAT. That knowledge will carry over to your IPMAT prep fairly easily if you just keep on top of your daily RCs + do sectionals/mocks a few times a week--just remember that analysing and learning from your mistakes is more important than just doing the tests, so do sectionals if you don't think you'll have time to analyse full mocks (Do not recommend analysing in a separate sitting, the mistakes have to be fresh in your mind when you're doing it); each sectional is 40 mins. Depending on your error rate, you could be done with the entire affair in 60-90 mins. Obviously, if you have time to do a mock each week, that'll be great for you. Finding 3-4 hours a week shouldn't be a problem; it's only January.
P.S. I've assumed that you're scoring between 75-85 in boards overall. If you're below that, lock in for boards and deal with IPMAT in April.

First things first, you did not waste the last 3 months. UGAT not going as planned doesn’t erase the fact that you’re genuinely prepared right now, and if your IPMAT mock scores are good, then I feel you are in a better place. We can have our bad days, and UGAT might just have been a bad day, so it isn't the end of the world by any means.
From my experience, boards marks will matter, but at the same time, IPMAT score has a higher weightage. Essentially, it's about finding the right balance between the two. I feel with little revision of IPMAT everyday, and studying for your boards would sort of help balance things out. Because post your board exams, you will still be in touch with IPMAT subjects and would not feel overwhelmed.
I totally get that it does feel overwhelming, but my suggestion would be to first breathe. Stressing about this situation would lead you nowhere. Planning how to go about your studies would help you have a clear picture about things, and they would feel manageable. For eg- Looking at the studies left for a particular subj and the days left, mapping out the topics, subjects, etc. So these strategies help you calm down and have a clear picture, instead of just going around like a headless chicken. Panicking would just lead to wasting more and more time (trust me, I've been there). Staying calm, keeping boards safe at 90+, and pushing IPMAT with intent, you’re maximising both opportunities instead of sacrificing one out of fear.
During my time, I panicked a lot due to the fear of balancing all of this and did not plan things properly, and I ended up missing the cutoffs, but in my second attempt, I did get an interview call from Indore, so essentially, planning and executing it genuinely makes a great difference.
