IIMB | Which one to choose ?
guys, so here’s the situation. I’m in 12th (PCM) and preparing for IIM Bangalore’s UGAT / IPMAT.
IIMB's UG program offers two options right
Since Im from a PCM background, literally everyone is telling me to choose the DS major. But honestly? I feel like Economics is more me. I’m way more interested in the business, strategy, and corporate side of things rather than core data science and tech roles.
main thing is the interview stage after clearing the cutoffs. If I put Econ majors as my 1st priority and Data Science as 2nd, wt if they grill me hard on econ questions ?
Need some honest suggestions on how I should rank my priorities and how to handle this. Thanks!

Why do you feel that "economics" is more you? The answer to this is the answer that the interviewers would want to hear.
And yes, they can definitely grill you on economics -- if not NCERT, at least the general affairs (geopolitical situations, basic national income and more).
