Colleges aren't like a stock where you enter at 100 and sell at 120, i.e 20% gain.
It's like a gym membership. If you're able to use all the resources, make the best connections, show up and grab every opportunity -- then it makes sense. I see people going to IIM-Indore and also not really making the best out of the opportunity. I see some people go to IIM-Jammu and get more shit done because they have the intrinsic motivation to be the most hard-working person there.
You decide the worth. If you're confident about doing it and handling the loan, then go forward. If you're not, then don't.
Plus, it is also comparative.
Worth it in comparison to what? What is your other choice?
We can't say as a "standalone" -- we can only compare:
Indore is not worth it if you have Harvard at hand.
Rohtak is not worth it if you hand Indore at hand.
Bodhgaya is not worth it if you have Rohtak at hand.
TAPMI is not worth it if you have Bodhgaya at hand.
