CUET English vocab

Focus on high-return revision:

• revise words you already encountered in mocks,
• go through previous mock mistakes repeatedly,
• revise idioms/phrasal verbs,
• and focus on elimination techniques in synonym-antonym questions.

A lot of CUET vocab questions can actually be narrowed down through:

• tone,
• prefixes/suffixes,
• contextual meaning,
• and elimination,

even if you don’t know the exact word.

Also, don’t overload yourself with giant vocab lists now. That usually creates burnout and confusion. It’s better to revise:

• your mock notebook,
• commonly repeated CUET vocab,
• Word Power Made Easy summaries,
• and PYQ-type words.

Since you’re already around 220, even improving vocab accuracy slightly can push you much higher. Right now consistency and calmness matter much more than trying to memorise thousands of new words in panic mode.
