is it just me or are the mocks easy for everyone? the pyqs seem harder or is that just nta being nta...

2025 pyqs are a bit harder but 2025 pyq is easier, this is because of 2025 being vocab heavy. Cuet english's pattern changes a lot and AB's mocks are designed to prepare you for all the circumstances.
From what I've been hearing thus year Eng has not been consistent, 11s1 was grammar heavy and easy while 11s2 was vocab heavy and more difficult
so ive veen consistently scoring at 226-228 in AB's mocks but it goes down to 190s in pyqs. plus the 2023 sets have so much ambiguity in the answers.
Oh interesting, I haven't given 2023 pyps.

I am facing the same issue. I score around 225+ in AB's mocks but only around 200 in the 2025 PYQs. One major difference I noticed is the vocabulary section. In AB's mocks, it is easier to eliminate three options. However, in the PYQs, I find it impossible to eliminate even two. This discrepancy in option elimination is the main reason for my lower scores in pyqs. :))
