Bibi Gulab Kaur was the leader of Ghadar Party in Manila, Philippines. She and her husband Mann Singh sailed from the Philippines to India in order to rally the masses against British tyranny. Besides spreading anti-British public sentiment, she distributed literature relating to freedom movement, arms and ammunition to the members of Ghadar Party.
