Gross fiscal deficit == Total expenditure −- (Revenue receipts ++ Non-debt creating capital receipts) =10,00,000−(8,00,000+3,50,000)=10,00,000−11,50,000= 10,00,000 - (8,00,000 + 3,50,000) = 10,00,000 - 11,50,000, giving a magnitude of Rs. 1,50,000 crore.

Note: The given figures produce a negative value of −1,50,000-1,50,000. We have taken the magnitude, Rs. 1,50,000 crore, as the intended answer.
