Solution

✅ Correct Option: 3

Increase in fixed assets =3,31,000−2,80,000=51,000= 3,31,000 - 2,80,000 = 51,000 (credit). Provision for doubtful debts =5%×90,000=4,500= 5\% \times 90,000 = 4,500 (debit). Fall in stock =1,90,000−1,12,000=78,000= 1,90,000 - 1,12,000 = 78,000 (debit). Net =51,000−4,500−78,000=−31,500= 51,000 - 4,500 - 78,000 = -31,500, a revaluation loss of 31,50031,500.
