Cancellation Policy
AfterBoards sells digital exam-preparation products, including mock tests, sectional tests, topic tests, on-demand video lectures and more. Because access to this digital content is granted immediately upon successful payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the purchase is complete and access has been provided.
No Cost-EMI packs: If you have purchased a subscription, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as all deliverables are enabled immediately after the first installment. The relationship for the remaining installments is between you and your credit card company. We receive the entire amount, minus transactional charges, from the credit card company upfront.

Purchase Decision
We expect you to make a rational decision to purchase our mock package after going through our free resources. Thus, we don't offer refunds post-purchase. Our objective is to collate questions, gamify your preparation, and get your revision sorted. The questions are sourced with the intention of testing a particular concept, and detailed solutions are provided.
Refunds (Double Payment)
Once your request is received, we'll ensure that our refund policy is not being misused. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that this may take some time to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
