Account Misuse Policy

One Student Per Account: Each AfterBoards account is strictly for use by a single student only. Sharing your account credentials with others pr allowing multiple people to use one account is prohibited.

Reselling Prohibited: You may not resell, transfer, or redistribute access to AfterBoards services. All purchases must be made directly through our official website or authorized payment channels. Any unauthorized sale or transfer of accounts or services is strictly forbidden.

Data Protection: You may not scrape, extract, download, or collect data from our platform using automated tools, bots, or any other means. This includes but is not limited to: question banks, test content, user data, proprietary algorithms, or any other information available on our platform. Personal data exports for your own educational records are not permitted beyond what we provide through official channels.

Account Monitoring: We actively monitor account usage patterns to detect sharing, reselling, or unauthorized access. Indicators of misuse include multiple simultaneous logins, access from different locations in short time periods, unusual activity patterns, or other suspicious behavior.

Consequences of Violation: If we determine that your account has been shared, resold, or misused in any way, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to misuse. We may also take additional legal action if necessary. Our decision on account violations is final.

How Our Platform Works

Topic Tests: Our topic tests are designed to assess your understanding of specific subjects. These tests use our proprietary adaptive algorithm that analyzes your performance in real-time to identify strengths and weaknesses in your knowledge.

Unlimited Sectionals: You have unlimited access to IPMAT Indore sectional tests that cover different portions of your curriculum. These sectionals allow you to practice specific areas as many times as needed. You will notice that certain questions appear multiple times across different tests. This is not an error. Our system intentionally repeats questions on topics where you have demonstrated weakness to ensure thorough revision and mastery of those concepts. In case of too many repeated questions, you can create a ticket on AfterBoards for us to investigate your algorithm.

Adaptive Learning Algorithm: Our proprietary algorithm tracks your performance across all tests and identifies topics where you need improvement. Based on your results, questions from your weak areas will deliberately repeat in future tests. This repetition is intentional and designed to force revision and strengthen your understanding of challenging concepts. The more you practice, the more refined your learning path becomes.

Data Storage and Analysis: When you take tests on our platform, we store your responses, scores, time taken, and performance metrics. This data is analyzed by our algorithm to create personalized learning recommendations and to determine which questions should be presented to you in future tests. Your performance data is used solely to improve your learning experience and is protected according to our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities

Spam and Manipulation: You may not engage in fake engagement, use bot or automated networks, or participate in coordinated inauthentic behavior on our platform. This includes artificially inflating scores, creating fake accounts, or manipulating our systems in any way.

Account Integrity: You must use your authentic identity when creating an account. Impersonating another person, creating false identities, or misrepresenting yourself is prohibited.

Privacy Violations: You may not share, publish, or distribute private information about other users without their explicit consent. This includes doxxing, sharing personal details, or violating the privacy of others in any manner.

Commercial Misuse: Unauthorized sales, scams, fraudulent business practices, or any commercial activity not explicitly approved by AfterBoards is strictly prohibited. You may not use our platform to conduct business, sell products, or engage in any commercial transactions.

Hacking and Malware: Distributing malicious software, attempting to compromise accounts, hacking our systems, or engaging in any activity that threatens the security of our platform is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

Platform Manipulation: You may not exploit technical vulnerabilities, reverse engineer our systems, or attempt to manipulate our platform's functionality in any unauthorized manner. Kindly report vulnerabilities by contacting us.

Service Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Your content, excluding credit card information, may be transferred across various networks and may be modified to meet technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our service without our express written permission. This includes our content, tools, algorithms, question banks, and any other materials provided through our platform.

Affiliate Referrals

AfterBoards offers an affiliate program allowing users to earn commissions by promoting our learning platform. Affiliate status is granted on a case-by-case basis via email approval.

Affiliates cannot purchase through their own accounts, immediate family member accounts, or accounts using similar IP addresses. Commission rates are determined individually and communicated during the approval process.

The minimum monthly payout threshold is Rs. 500. Any communication that publicly shares commission rates or involves paying users to use referral codes will invalidate all referrals from that affiliate.

To close an affiliate account, you must have a minimum balance of Rs. 500 for disbursement. AfterBoards retains final decision rights on all affiliate matters. Contact us at [email protected] for affiliate inquiries.

Indemnification

You agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless AfterBoardsand our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed separate from these Terms of Service, and this determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
