How can i have better time mangement so that i can attempt more questions.

This was my first proper varc sectional i have attempted the 2025 ipmat indore va sectional before and the issue that i face is that i can never get to the parajumbles.I feel if i practice more my overall time will impove but still i am not sure,Here is how i attempted it,I started with the Grammer-->then moved onto the comprehension-->And after this did not have time for parajumbles so i tried to pick 2 easy ones to do in 5 min and got both wrong.Should i just leave it if i am not comfortable and low on time.
