First bucket = 2

Second bucket = 0

Third bucket = 7

Look at it like this:

pp (2)(0)ppppppp (7)

You just need two internal dividers to make it have 3 buckets.

You can assume those i to be buckets, you can put these 2 buckets wherever you wish to such that total p are divided into 3 parts (a+b+c=9) in this question.
