Is the final selection process at IIM Kozhikode similar to IIM Indore in the sense that once a candidate receives the interview call, the difference in written test scores becomes less significant and the interview performance starts playing a much bigger role?
For example, suppose one candidate barely clears the cutoff and gets the interview call, but then gives an outstanding interview. On the other hand, another candidate has a much higher score overall but performs only average or below average in the interview. In such a situation, who would generally have the higher probability of final selection at IIM Kozhikode?
I’m basically trying to understand whether, after the shortlisting stage, candidates are evaluated more holistically and whether the interview can significantly change the final outcome, similar to what happens in IIM Indore and some other IIMs !!

IIM Kozhikode final admn = 25% interview, 70% exam, 5% gender-diversity.
Got the weightage part Bhaiya, but I was asking more about the practical impact. Does Kozhikode also become more interview driven after shortlist stage like Indore, or does the exam score still dominate heavily even after PI?
