How to analyse my progress or actually, how to get better, because wth
Whenever i give the quants topic tests, I am only able to get to the next level when i attempt the same level for like, the 3rd or even 4th time, especially when i get lucky and the questions come repeated 😭i think im cooked in quants because all im able to do is from memory OR when the question's very very easy
Ive revised the syllabus for the 2nd time btw, i think i need a lot more practice

Well it's obvious, humans have a tendency to forget stuff. You might have revised 2 times , but believe me your efficiency will increase with each revision.
Now there's can be two thing- either you can't solve questions in topic tests, or you get them wrong.
If it's the first case- try giving in more time to a question ( people tend to give in thinking ki ' I can see the answer now and later the question will repeat and I'll do it then'. Take that mental toll to spend more time on a single hard question , checking for solution directly is easy)
If it's the second case - you are rushing to the solution. It can't be that one gets wrong answers continuosly, given that they solved the question and didn't guess it.
Also you don't define what question is very very very easy, see the tag on that question, a question being easy or hard is partially subjective.
Don't worry much, this problem must resolve, as long as you don't make the same mistakes again, and learn something new ( not something you had actually learnt in theory and couldn't apply) from each question, you'll be fine.
