WHY TO WASTE TIME ON WRITING

I won't be surprised if you fail to recall the rules because as humans we forget -- we need to revise periodically to remember / recall. It's okay to skip writing (say) word-meanings for new-words (however, having shorthand notes is helpful) because you have a time-crunch... but for complete grammar-rules (like these)... writing creates your memory, else, you'll forget and revision will be VERY hard.
