Bhavesh bhaiya i just now analysed my va sectional mock and my last 3 sectionals scores in va were 113 127 117 but mock main 84 aaya the thing is that i generally 40 minmum(when there is one easy and one medium rc) in rcs but iss baar in mock i scored 18(1 tough and 1 medium) there was some noise during my first rc(the tough one ). as u can see my mock and my sectional score gap is 20- 25 marks (jo rc main kam aaye mereko).now the problem is that after solving 2 qa sections (sa and mcq) my brain is like switching off and is not ready to comprehend even more information. ye problem solve karne ke liye kuch bolo. rcs are my strength when i give sectionals but due to overwhelming amount of info comprehension mock main vohi meri weakness ban ja rahi hain.

Hi, I'm a first year student at IIMK.
This is EXACTLY what I used to feel like during my prep days while giving mocks. The most simple answer to this would be after the two sections are over don't rush into VA. Take 2 deep breathes sip some water and only then start.
Now if you do this already, another thing you can try (which can be a little risky sometimes) is starting from question 13 and not from the RCs when you get to VA. Especially when the RCs are tough like in this one. Find your most suited way of giving a mock by giving mocks in different ways. You can try this on VA sectionals first.
Also even if youre already scoring well in RCs I would highly recommend reading a lot of articles if are not an avid reader already. Do the daily RCs of afterboards without fail. Write keywords this prevents zoning out when you are reading. This time the VA in ipmat indore was quite lengthy and I asked a lot of people who scored 150s 160s they all read a lot, be it novels, newspapers. It just builds the focus.
The thing is that i understand the rc is tough when I read the question but I feel like if I delay the rc like if I start from question 13 I will get more fatigued as by the end of the mock i just felt like I should just finish it
